Where is Super Mario Crossover 3?

So you have played the first version and the second version with a few upgraded options and now you’re thinking where is Super Mario Crossover 3? Let’s just say you’re a gamer and the Mario bug has got you.  The bad news is there is not a third version of this game available yet.

There is talk in different forums about when this version may be released and some talk of it not being released. I’m sure that there will be an even newer version to hit us in the not so distant future but that may still be a year or so out. The rise in popularity of this game just continues to grow each day. Part of the reason for that growth is due to the care was put into this game to help it stand out amongst the others.

The main difference with this game is that you can play as many different characters in the Mario environment. These characters come from other popular games that were around during the original Super Mario days.  Characters like MegaMan and Link from The legend of Zelda.

Why Super Mario Crossover is one of the Best Remakes

It gets even better because the music will change with each character you play with. That’s right; each character plays to their original theme song. If you do decide to stick with playing good old fashion Mario then you can expect the classic music we all know and love. This additional twist leads to a different feel each time you play the game through. This is another one of those additional features that really helps to set this game apart from other remakes.

When Will the Next Version Come Out?

Considering the fact that Super Mario Crossover 2 was released in February of 2012 it’s more likely that we will not see Super Mario Crossover 3 for a year or so. The new version will most likely include new characters, soundtracks and maybe some additional levels.

In the meantime, the first and second editions are available for using a flash enabled browser or for download to use on your personal computer. Both of these versions are very fun to play and offer features never before seen in the Super Mario World.

With the look and feel of the original game and all the same rules in the environment this game plays like the true classic that it is. You can look forward to hours of game-play with each one of the characters and experience what each one brings to this new world.

For now we can just sit back and ponder what might be in store for us when Super Mario Crossover 3 finally does become available. Do some thinking; what would you like to see in the next version? What characters do you think would fit best in the original Super Mario World?
